The CopyrightCoins® ecosystem

Fiat currency
Traditional currencies, such as USD or EUR.
CopyrightChains
The CopyrightChains is developed, administered, and commercialised by New Internet Media and are designed as Proof of Content (PoC).
In PoC will creators participate after registering their content also known as “staking”.The CopyrightChains PoC will incentivise the creators to continuously produce high-quality content, keeping the whole ecosystem robust in the long term
The registration defines the owners of the copyright and the commercial rules of the PoC, as well as content metadata.
It is identified by the CopyrightID.
CopyrightID
A CopyrightID serves as a uniform identification of copyright within the CopyrightChain ecosystem. The CopyrightID is roughly the equivalent to International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) as defined in ISO 6166.
For backward compatibility and metadata retrieval from the back catalogues in certain industries, it contains a reference to international reference standards
 (ISWC and ISRC in music).
CopyrightShares
A CopyrightShare is a tradable asset (equivalent to Non-Fungible Token – NFT) representing the share in copyrighted content.
CopyrightShares gives the right to receive royalties in the form of Royalties tokens.
Royalty’s tokens (ROY)
Royalty’s tokens are the vehicle for the payment of royalties to holders of CopyrightShares. All royalties in the CopyrightChain ecosystem will be paid in Royalties tokens.
From Royalties tokens, the CopyrightShare holders can exchange them into CopyrightCoins® or any fiat currency of their choice.
Royalty’s tokens are not regarded as security and are under governance by IMF (Internet Media Foundation) based in Brussels.
CopyrightCoins® (CCIM)
CopyrightCoins® (trademarked) are the official and public representation for the payment of royalties to holders of CopyrightShares.
To facilitate nano-payments, 1 CopyrightCoin® is divided into 100 million ThorBits.
All “trades” in CopyrightShares will be conducted in CopyrightCoins® or fiat only.
Copyright Tokens (CTIM)
Different from CCIM, CTIM is designed for long-term supporters and is non-transferrable as it is in direct relation to the content that is ingested into CopyrightChains. CTIM is a feature in the CopyrightChains whereby, by staking CCIM into CTIM, holders can participate in the governance system and be used by partners in the NIM ecosystem.
CopyrightID, CopyrightShares and Royalties tokens
CopyrightID is proof that a legal entity (person or company) has registered an intangible asset (creating a uniquely identifiable reference) representing copyright or intellectual property right. CopyrightShares are non-fungible assets of that CopyrightID, and Royalties tokens are fungible assets that represent dividend in the form of royalties that a CopyrightShare produces.
CopyrightCoins®, Copyright Tokens and Royalties tokens
CTIM is a form of Internal Digital Asset (IDA) used by partners in the NIM ecosystem. It can be used by holders of CopyrightShares as well as Digital Service Provider and partners to pay networks fees.
Where ROYs can only be received by holders of CopyrightShares, CTIM can be received only by exchanging ROYs to CopyrightCoins® (CCIM) or bought by CCIM.

To be clear:

1) When ROYs is exchanged to fiat in escrow, ROYs is burned (deleted) when the equivalent amount in Euro is transferred to the CopyrightShares holders bank account.
2) When ROYs is exchanged to CopyrightCoins® (CCIM), the ROYs is burned (deleted) when the equivalent amount in Euro is transferred to NIMs escrow bank account. At the same time, the CCIM will (after the current price swap/exchange) be transferred to the holder of the CopyrightShares wallet. The same amount as CCIM in Copyright tokens CTIM will also be transferred to the CopyrightShares holder’s wallet for use as IDA in the CopyrightChains of NIM. Consequently, if you are a CopyrightShares holder, you will receive CTIM for free when you exchange ROYs to CCIM.
3) If you are NOT a CopyrightShares holder (i.e. receiving royalties), you will have to pay for CTIM to get access to the services in CopyrighChains and the NIM ecosystem.
Allocation of CTIM
There will always be the same amount of CTIM as the amount of CCIM.
CTIM can be exchanged back to CCIM by non-CopyrighShares holders in a Stake-out process that takes 12 weeks.
Summary:
The CopyrightChains ecosystem uses Power of Content as “staking” for consensus.

Royalties Tokens are the vehicle for the payment of royalties to holders of CopyrightShares.
CopyrightCoins® are the public representative for Royalties tokens and are in free trade.
CTIM is designed for long-term supporters and is non-transferrable as it is in direct relation to the content that is ingested into CopyrightChains
CopyrightShares are non-fungible assets of that CopyrightID and Royalties Tokens are fungible assets that represent royalties that a CopyrightShare produces.
There will always be exactly the same amount of Euro in escrow as there are Royalty’s Tokens in circulation.
